Recognizing the impact that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees. With that in mind, and following the mandates of the City of Miami, the EPIC Pool Parties that were set to take place from March 17 through March 22 at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel have been postponed. This is out of an abundance of caution and follows the guidelines of local, national and international authorities.
All ticket holders will be entitled to one of the following options with regards to refunds 1. A full refund. 2. A refund of 50% of your purchase price and your ticket is good for any one of our EPIC Pool Parties in 2021. 3. No refund and any one day ticket will be converted into a 1 week pass for 2021. 4. For our full-week pass holders, you can either choose from a full refund, or no refund and we will double your pass for 2021. So if you bought one, now you have two.
If you bought tickets on event brite, please email email@example.com and let us know what show you bought tickets for, the name on the purchase and the option you are choosing. If you purchased tickets on Residant Advisor, instructions will be forthcoming by end of day Thursday
We will announce the steps to take as to how to proceed with these options within the next several days. We appreciate your support and patience, and hope to be starting up our EPIC Pool Parties again soon. And it will be EPIC to see you then!
